Nashville Next For NASCAR Busch Series

Next for the NASCAR Busch Series is a stop at Nashville Superspeedway Saturday, April 7, 2007 for an Easter weekend race. The one day event will showcase the Pepsi 300 Busch Series race along with the Arca 150 Series race.

Qualifying gets an early start at 10:05 am and the ARCA race is set to begin at 12:00 noon. Driver introductions for the Pepsi 300 will begin at 2:00 pm with the race starting at 2:30 pm. Tickets are still available at this time and you can call the ticket office at 1-866-RACE-TIX (722-3849) or visit their website at WWW.nashvillesuperspeedway.com for more information.

Last years Pepsi 300 was won by Kevin Harvick who went on to capture the series title and starting on the pole was Denny Hamlin. Hamlin ended up in the third position behind second place finisher Clint Bowyer. With the Cup drivers off this weekend, Nashville will be the place to be to see the stars of racing.

If you plan on attending the race, the speedway is having the Middle Tennessee Electric Easter Egg Hunt in the plaza at 11:00 am for the children. This state of the art facility is very fan friendly. One of the best attractions is the fan walk which allows fans to get close to the cars and drivers. It is a good place to grab your favorite drivers autograph when they walk between the pits and the garage area. The fan walk is open during the race which gets you even closer to the action on the track. The small fee for this ticket is well worth the excitement of being so close to the action on the race track. A concert following the race will feature Michael W. Smith at the south end grandstands.

If you have not visited Nashville Superspeedway before, come on out and watch the best racing west of Bristol.
