On a very blustery cold day, the ARCA series rolled into town at Nashville Superspeedway. Thursday morning was busy with teams unloading haulers and getting their cars ready for inspection. Registration opened at 9:00 am with the haulers entering the speedway at 10:00 am. The garages opened at 11:00 am.
Registration will close today at 5:00 pm and the garages will close at 6:00. Friday, the day starts early at 7:00 am with the rookie meeting slated for 9:30. At 10:00 will be the driver and spotter meeting, they will then draw for qualifying order. The ARCA practice from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm will be a cool one with the temperature only climbing into the upper 40's lower 50's.
Qualifying will get a late start at 5:40 with all cars getting a two lap chance at the pole position. After qualifying the cars will be impounded until Saturday with the start of the PFG Lester 150 race getting under way at noon. After the ARCA race the Busch series drivers will get their turn at the superspeedway.
Justin Allgaier ties Frank Kimmel for the first position in points with Phillip McGilton third, Bobby Gerhart forth, and Mario Gosselin in the number five spot. This is the third race of the season for the ARCA Series.
